1 french bread loaf
1 bunch asparagus
about 15 slices of Proscuitto from the deli
Slice bread and place on cookie sheet. You're using only the top 1-2 inches of the asparagus, so cut away the rest. Place 1-2 asparagus tops on the bread and wrap with a piece of proscuitto. Sprinkle blue cheese on top. Bake at 350' for about 10 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
